Come and help us celebrate the opening of our new Cellar Door and Art Gallery.
Saturday, October 28th 1pm – 5pm
13 – 35 Drummond Street, Rutherglen
The new Cellar Door at Rutherglen Estates utilises a big, beautiful space that had previously been used as a warehouse. We have enhanced the original features of the space (e.g. the gorgeous red gum beams and concrete floor) with a custom build tasting bench, giving us the perfect balance between old and new.
The space, which creates something of a modern warehouse aesthetic oozes potential and is definitely worth a trip to Rutherglen to re-discover what’s on offer.
Rutherglen Estates and esteemed Aboriginal art collector, Hans Sip, have teamed up to open a new and very exciting venture in the heart of Rutherglen, Aboriginal Exhibitions Gallery at Rutherglen Estates.
The Aboriginal Exhibitions Gallery will feature some of the best examples of contemporary Aboriginal artworks and artefacts in the world. In collaboration with Sip, we are delighted to be able to bring a new world class gallery space to North East Victoria.
The gallery, which will open in late October with an exhibition featuring the Murray River by renowned artists, Trevor (Turbo) Brown and Craig Charles, both of whom are no longer with us, making this a tribute to honour them both.
