Celebrating food production from paddock to plate, most of the ingredients used in the Sage Restaurant are sourced from their own farm.
With this in mind, we are very excited to see this wonderful fresh produce paired with a selection of our finest wines.
The evening will commence at 7pm on Thursday 29th October and will cost $120 for our Cellar Club members or $135 for non-members.
