The original Seppelts winery is now home to Rutherglen Estates Cellar Door.
Our historic Cellar Door building was original built as cellars in 1886, and was the site of Seppelts Wines for over one hundred years. Located on Drummond Street, in the heart of Rutherglen, today it is home to Rutherglen Estates Cellar Door, and also the Tuileries Complex – a cafe, five star restaurant, luxury accommodation and conference facility.
At our Cellar Door we offer the chance to take in our unique personality and a diverse range of tastings of regularly awarded, celebrated and reviewed, premium regional wines. Our friendly Cellar Door team, Robyn and Ann, will show you through our wine range and help you find something that suits your taste and budget. Their wine knowledge is pretty impressive, so take the time to learn about how the grapes get to the glass.
Our wines are also available through our secure online shopping facility on this website, or throughout selected retail outlets and restaurants throughout Australia.
