Join us for a progressive evening adventure including bonfires and barrel tastings with wine maker Marc Scalzo and finish with a convivial dinner prepared by executive chef Sam at Tuileries Restaurant.
Meet at Rutherglen Estates Cellar Door for a glass of sparkling wine and join winemaker, Marc Scalzo for a journey into the world of vintage. Jump on board a bus and head out to our winery where you will enjoy canapés around a bonfire before checking out some of the tanks of wine and some of the red wines in their raw state.
Experience first-hand the aromas of fermenting wines, see how the wines are made and taste them at different stages of development. Once you have experienced this you will return to the renown Tuileries Restaurant for a harvest main meal and dessert.
Cost includes four courses with matching wines, plus transport to and from the winery.
This evening is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy great wines, great food coupled with an unforgettable experience in the winery. Time: 6pm – 10.30pm
